Prof. Dr. Srđan Rončević is a full professor at the University of Novi Sad Faculty of Sciences, Serbia (courses: Fundamentals of environmental protection, Soil protection, Chemical technology, Environmental protection technologies, Zero waste technology, Remediation technologies, Eco-engineering etc.). He is co-author of two university textbooks and seven additional textbooks. His research and scientific activities are focused on chemistry and technology of environmental protection, with a special interest in technology of water remediation, sediments, and soil. He participated in more than 90 projects and studies related to research in environmental protection and technology, and he was the leader of 5 projects. He has published more than 50 articles in high-ranking journals and has an h-index of 23 (source: SCOPUS).
